Group Home Direct Support Professionals
Skylands is currently recruiting for several Direct Support Professional positions in our Fredon and Randolph group homes.
As of January 1st, 2023, starting compensation for these positions will range from $18 to $23 per hour depending on experience , with eligibility for overtime compensation and annual bonuses as well as paid holidays. All required training will be provided by Skylands.
Candidates need to be flexible about working hours and able to work the second shift (1:30 PM - 9:30 PM or 3:30PM - 11:30 PM as needed) as well as some weekends. Part-time shifts are also available.

Job Requirements include:
Valid New Jersey driver's license.
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass state/federal background checks and a Central Registry check.
